My favourite item i've done. Relaxed, straight leg fit with a medium/medium-high rise. Custom back hardware to adjust waist tightness without a belt. Features a custom leather de-bossed back patch, as well as a woven inside tag.
Made from 14oz Japanese Raw Selvedge denim, sourced from a factory in Japan. The fabric was made using vintage shuttle looms that have been in use since the 1960's.
Fit: Relaxed, straight leg fit with a medium/medium-high rise. Custom back hardware to adjust waist tightness without a belt. Raw Denim Jeans have the unique ability to conform to you. As you wear your jeans, they will crease and mold to your body, fade at points of strain, and wear according to how you live your life... making your jeans that much more personal and unique.

So Why Raw Denim?
Raw jeans are jeans that have not been washed in their production process. This is how jeans used to be made.
As efficiency oriented production started taking over the world, high volume, ultra-consistent, low cost processes became ubiquitous. The denim became thinner and washed for consistency and if you pick up any old jean in a store today, they will reflect this.
Raw denim is a nod to a pastime. Raw denim really only makes sense to produce nowadays if you are more concerned with quality as opposed to efficiency or fast fashion.
What's Selvedge Denim?
Selvedge denim refers to the "self edge" on the end of the fabric, which is a consequence of the machine it was made from; the shuttle loom. This loom is ultra slow in comparison to its modern counterparts such as the rapier.
Shuttle looms are old technology, and most of the shuttle looms in operation, making good quality fabric are from the early 1900s. So much more time and attention is needed to weave the fabric, leading to the highest quality fabrics you can purchase on the market.
Care: Id go dry-clean only personally. Most people don't tend to wash their raw denim as they really like to have the item mold to them, but do be aware that if you do plan to wash it, hand-wash in cold and lay flat to dry. If you expose it to high heat, it will shrink quite a bit. Raw denim will bleed the first few wears, but that indigo dye will wash out easily if it transfers to other clothing
